Bag colonized quick as hell! Properly sterile and hydrated as described. I would definitely use liquid culture rather than a spore syringe that may end up contaminating the bag. Just make sure to test your LC on agar to verify it’s free of contaminants. If you use anything but clean LC, this product can’t be properly reviewed.

Very consistent grain bags! I have used 2 bags now and coming back for more. Smooth and quick colonization. I have only used liquid culture syringes thus far with no issues.
